All orders: include a handling charge of $12.00 (up to six items)
Your order: if part of your order is not in stock we will partially ship your items at no extra cost to you. Your items that are in stock will be shipped immediately.
Shipping: The $12 shipping charge will be charged on your first partial shipment. On your second shipment, completing your order, there will be no additional shipping charge. (You are only charged for items on the day they ship)
International Air Mail delivery (allow 10 to 30 days from the date of your order to your doorstep.): add 35% of your order total, plus a $12.00 handling fee, (up to six items).
International orders may be subject to additional Customs/Duty fees depending on the country you are ordering from. If these apply you will be contacted by your local post office and will need to pay it directly. Our shipping charge only covers international and overseas shipping, not Customs/Duty fees.
To insure the best handling of your order please allow 48 hours for the processing and the shipping of your order (if your items are in stock). For overnight, second day, or third day delivery orders: Please Note That shipping will occur 1-2 days after you place your order. (on 1st, 2nd, 3rd day requests you will be notified if your items are out of stock)

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?
Gladly and promptly! Just send items back to us, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached, with a note explaining what you want us to do (the action you desire). Please use the yellow “Return Information” form included with your order. Click here to view the Return Form. You can exchange the item/s or receive a refund. On exchanges, you will not be charged the shipping and handling charge again from Rocky Mountain Connection back to yourself. On returns, you do not need to call us. You do not need a return authorization number. There is not an expiration date or time period (unused, unworn, with tags attached). Simply send it back with your instructions letting us know what you want us to do.
If we send you something other than what you had ordered (i.e. wrong size) then we will reimburse you your shipping charges (regular ground shipping methods only) from yourself back to Rocky Mountain Connection. Expedited (i.e. next day air) shipping costs, and mail service fees, will not be refunded.
If there is no exchange, you will pay for the shipping in both directions. You will be refunded for your merchandise total.
On even exchanges, you will not be charged the shipping and handling charge again from Rocky Mountain Connection to yourself.
